It’s our first Easter away from the family back in NY and honestly, I don’t have a clue what to make for my little family of 4. In the past, with the family, we’ve always had a sort of “welcome to spring” dinner, where we’ve had ham and turkey, along with traditional summer salads like potato salad, pasta salad and coleslaw.
