It’s almost New Year’s Day and you know what that means, right? The time has come for the 2020 Calendar printable!
2020…whew!
Can you seriously believe that it is the year 2020? It just doesn’t seem possible.
But, then…here we are!
I hope you had a lovely Christmas with your family! The holiday season flew by here.
Despite the fact that I had grand plans for lots of Christmas themed posts here on the blog…that didn’t happen.
I had grand plans for our own Christmas celebration and traditions too…but, some of that didn’t happen either.
Why?
Orders Galore!
Because my shop got absolutely blasted with orders!
It all started at the beginning of November. Sales started to really pick up and I was getting busy…but, no more busy than usual through the holiday season. And, I was totally ready for it.
Then, suddenly on Thanksgiving day, I had 35 sales. Black Friday was 42 sales and before I knew it I had over 200 orders that needed making! And, I was NOT ready for it!
I didn’t have enough supplies in stock to keep up with the orders, so I was constantly ordering paper and envelopes to keep up.
Then, we’d have a snow storm and UPS wouldn’t deliver on time…which would put me even further behind.
But, somehow, by the grace of God, I did it…I managed to get ALL of those orders out before Christmas! I’m still not sure how.
A whole lotta iced coffee and very little sleep! Plus, some help from my husband and a friend.
One of these days, I’m going to sit down and calculate how many notepads I made this holiday season…I’m guessing somewhere around a bajillion, but that’s not 100% accurate, I know. I’ll let you know if I add them all up!
But, in the meantime, it’s calendar season!
