Can you believe Christmas is just days away? We’ve been so busy with the shop this year that Christmas really snuck up on us! Now that the packaging and shipping is over, it’s time to move into full Christmas mode and I thought you might enjoy trying out a few new Christmas Cookie recipes.
These recipes are SUPER EASY!
As in 1 bowl to wash and 20 minutes of time to mix and bake – it truly doesn’t get any easier. Unless of course you buy them at the store, but what fun would that be?
So, are you ready to head to the kitchen and bake some cookies?

3 Easy Christmas Cookie Recipes
Gingersnap Cookies
- 1 package sugar cookie mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
Maple Snickerdoodles
- 1 package sugar cookie mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Snowy Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 1 package chocolate chunk cookie mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Here’s the baking directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the ingredients from your chosen recipe in a large mixing bowl.
Scoop cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Each recipe makes approximately 12 to 18 cookies.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 1 minute, then transfer from the pan to a sheet of wax paper. Cool and enjoy!
