Eating real food is one of the best ways to make sure that you are feeding your body appropriately. A lot of the fad diets out there consist of bad habits and goals that are not healthy long term. You need to fuel your body with real nutrients.
Through scratch cooking you can feed your body and provide it a solid structure for the rest of your health. Ditching fake and processed ingredients will allow your body to detox any of the unnecessary intake. Going forward do as much scratch cooking as possible using real and raw ingredients.

Here in the USA we have stores packing their shelves with products that contain ingredients that are harmful to the most important systems in our bodies.
Through my research I was able to find what to avoid, what to focus more on and what to bring in as a replacement.
A wonderful place to start is by ditching synthetic fragrances, which unfortunately is in SO much. Look for items that are essential oil based. Which in turn might also give you other benefits!
Some others to look out for are parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde.
