It’s almost that time, you guys! Halloween will be here before you know it and it’s almost time to make Jack O’ Lanterns! So, what better time to share these pumpkin carving stencils I’ve been hoarding?

Over the years, my girls have carved all sorts of Jack O’ Lanterns. From the super sweet to spooky and distorted.

But, for the past several years, all of their designs have started with these pumpkin carving stencils that I used to sell in my printables shop.

And since I’m no longer selling them, I’ve decided to give them all away to you for free!

Yay! Free Pumpkin Carving Stencils for All!

Why? ‘Cause you should definitely have the coolest pumpkins on the block!

But, don’t tell your neighbors! Otherwise, they’ll have them, too!

This collection includes 36 pumpkin carving stencils and every single one of them is different! So, be sure to look through them all before you choose your favorite!

Here’s a peek at the whole set:

Because there are so many, I’ve broken them down into 3 separate sets. Unfortunately, I had to save them in .zip files in order to upload them for you – there ARE SO MANY!

So, when you click the image to download, you will be prompted to save the file – just go ahead and choose your saving location and click OK.

Then, just head to the file and right click on the compressed folder – choose “Extract All” and hit okay again. Your files should unzip and open right up – Easy Peasy!

Okay, so now you have your chosen pumpkin carving stencils…

What the Heck Do You Do With Them?

Oh, you’re going to love this…IT’S SO EASY!

Step One:

Print the pumpkin stencils of your choice.

Each page is set to automatically print at 8.5″ x 11″ (letter size), but if you have smaller pumpkins, just change your settings to print on 5.5″ x 8.5″ (half-letter) instead.

Step Two:

Attach the stencil to your pumpkin.

We usually just take 4 toothpicks and stick them through each corner of the paper to keep it steady on the pumpkin. But, you could also use thumbtacks, hairpins, nails…whatever works to keep the paper still.

Step Three:

Use a toothpick to poke a “trace line” around the black areas on the pumpkin carving stencils.

Step Four:

Use sharp knives or a pumpkin carving kit (*) to cut out the areas inside your trace lines.
