Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade | Food Life Design

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of butterfly pea flowers to a 2 quart pitcher.
  3. Pour boiling water over the flowers.
  4. Add 1 cup lemon juice.
  5. Scoop the flowers out of the liquid.
  6. Pour maple syrup into the pitcher.
  7. Fill with the rest of the water and stir to combine.
  8. Add ice and enjoy!
