Cowboy Caviar Recipe

Cowboy Caviar is one of my favorite warm weather snacks. It is packed with fresh garden finds and not only is perfect for munching it can be used as a side dish to any BBQ dinner or a big batch can be shared at a potluck!

This dish is super easy to make. With no cooking involved and just some chopping and tossing it makes this easy to prepare quickly so you can pack it up and go or throw it into the fridge to chill while you focus on the main courses!!

Cowboy Caviar goes incredible with tortilla chips but can also be eaten as a side dish alone.

This chilled mixture serves incredible with a heavy meat off of the grill or smoker.

It is light and fresh and delicious and serves well as a dish to use up any abundant garden growers!
