Crockpot Party Kielbasa

My crockpot party kielbasa is one of the easiest things I put together for a crowd. The ingredients are incredibly simple and prep takes less than 3 minutes. Plus, it is a throw in and go kind of recipe which when you are planning a gathering…is a must! There are so many other things to worry about with a house full of people coming.

This crockpot party kielbasa has only a handful of ingredients and one of them might not be what you expect…at all. It is a really outside of the box add in, but it brings in a level of flavor that you wouldn’t expect. So trust me on this one..

You’ve read that right, grape jelly is that unexpected add in! However, if you would prefer another jelly or marmalade there are so many other delicious options out there that pair really well with this kielbasa recipe. The next runner up for me is an orange marmalade!

I am a big fan of that sweet and spicy/savory combo. Recipes that have ingredients that give this flavor are so interesting to my palate.

This dish is good anytime of the year, too. I tend to notice in the summer people lean more towards the cold appetizers so having one warm dish levels it out nicely.

Here are some other crockpot party kielbasa variations that are equally delicious and worth trying out…

Slow Cooker Sweet Kielbasa by The Diary of a Real Housewife

This recipe incorporates maple syrup and brown sugar, need I say more? But really…it is so worth the try. It has so many delicious flavors and is a real crowd pleaser too. What a perfect time of the year for this recipe! Maybe you are lucky enough to have your own syrup to add in.

Bourbon Glazed Kielbasa by Tammilee Tips

A mouth watering combination! The sweetness of the apricot preserves makes this recipe to die for and bourbon glazed? Yes please! A perfect appetizer to munch on for game day.

Apple Kielbasa Bites by Fake Ginger

Apple flavor with a bit of a bite from red pepper flakes? This recipe will appeal to both the sweet and spicy loving crowds as it has the perfect blend. Another easy but highly flavorful throw together dish for your next gathering!

Make Your Own Add Ins

While these party kielbasa recipes only call for a couple ingredients that are easy to pick up in the store you could really elevate the flavor by making some of these “dump in” ingredients homemade!

  • Our Sweet and Spicy Apple Jelly would bring a level of homemade sweetness to your crockpot that would have guests asking for more.
  • Looking for something that is totally different than the store bought versions? Check out the Spicy Rhubarbecue Sauce recipe and change up the classic BBQ flavor. I bet people will be asking for the in on the secret ingredient.
  • Everything but the “Kitchen Sink” Homemade Barbecue Sauce has all the ingredients you probably already have in your cupboards. Packed with flavor, this would be the perfect flavor pop for your kielbasa.

Crockpot Concoctions Guests Will Go Crazy For

If kielbasa isn’t your thing there are so many other options for party dishes that are easy to pull together and fulfilling for big crowds.

If there are outlets to plug into then you can count on my dish to share being in the crockpot.

It is easy prepare or make ahead, you don’t have to worry about storage or reheating and they are some of the easiest dishes to throw together.
