My crockpot party kielbasa is one of the easiest things I put together for a crowd. The ingredients are incredibly simple and prep takes less than 3 minutes. Plus, it is a throw in and go kind of recipe which when you are planning a gathering…is a must! There are so many other things to worry about with a house full of people coming.
This crockpot party kielbasa has only a handful of ingredients and one of them might not be what you expect…at all. It is a really outside of the box add in, but it brings in a level of flavor that you wouldn’t expect. So trust me on this one..
Crockpot Party Kielbasa
Ingredients:
3 links of Polska Kielbasa (12 oz each)
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 cups grape jelly
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Cut your kielbasa into 1/4 inch round pieces and dump into crockpot.
- Cover with bbq sauce, jelly, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.
- Mix and cover. Cook on low for 3 hours.

You’ve read that right, grape jelly is that unexpected add in! However, if you would prefer another jelly or marmalade there are so many other delicious options out there that pair really well with this kielbasa recipe. The next runner up for me is an orange marmalade!
I am a big fan of that sweet and spicy/savory combo. Recipes that have ingredients that give this flavor are so interesting to my palate.
This dish is good anytime of the year, too. I tend to notice in the summer people lean more towards the cold appetizers so having one warm dish levels it out nicely.
