DIY Bee Trap

Bees buzzing around your house? Don’t waste your money on pest control – get rid of them yourself with this simple DIY bee trap!

DIY BEE TRAP

Do you love to be outside but wish you could enjoy yourself without the bees buzzing around your head?

I know I do!

When I was about 10 years old, my cousin and I were playing on the bank behind my house and we stepped on a ground nest. Needless to say, we were stung repeatedly as we ran wild across the lawn trying to get away from them.

Thankfully, neither of us were allergic and after a few hours we were fine, but I’ve been afraid of them ever since. Anything I can do to keep them away from my house and I’ll do it!

So, when I found out how to make a DIY bee trap, I didn’t make just one – nope, not me – I made several of them and put them all the way around my house! And guess what? They actually work! The bees fly right in and they don’t come back out.

Here’s how you can make your own –

Things You Need:

Cut off the top 1/3 of the plastic bottle. Turn the top over and place it back inside the bottom of the bottle.

In a small dish, combine water, vinegar and dish soap. Pour the liquid into the bottle.

Place the bottle outside, about 10 feet away from your porch or sitting area.

The sweetness from the vinegar will draw the bees into the trap and they’ll get stuck in the slimy water.

Now, you can sit outside and enjoy yourself without the bees.

Your Welcome!

Have a Spectacular Day!
