Today is sweets day in our Christmas in July party and I’m sharing some really EASY Christmas treat recipes in this post!
I make A LOT of Christmas cookies and candies throughout the holiday season!
So, you know I’m always checking out new recipes! As I’ve mentioned before, I not only make a ton of cookies and treats for my own family, but I also make gift boxes for several members of our family, close friends and neighbors.
That’s a whole lotta treats!
And I like to switch them up from year to year because it just makes it more fun. Plus, it makes it more interesting for the recipients to find out what’s in their box!

10 Easy Christmas Treats to Make for Family and Friends
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Sugar Cookies have become a favorite around here. Especially for the husband and youngest daughter!
They taste like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup made into a cookie…with sprinkles and a drizzle of vanilla glaze.
Because it’s fancy.
And it’s Christmas.
Everyone knows how much I love snowmen, so you had to know there would be at least 1 on here!
These adorable snowman cupcakes from Emily Enchanted are the perfect Christmas treat for a party!
And if you wanted to get really fancy, you could even make him hat out of fondant!
Ice Cream is my biggest downfall and I’ll eat it whenever it’s available.
I will eat it in a house…I will eat it with a mouse…
Seriously! I’m like a little kid.
And this Christmas Cookie Ice Cream from Simply Shellie would be no exception.
In fact, I’m pretty sure it’s going to find it’s way to my freezer…

I used this Easy Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge recipe from InstruPix to bring to a party last year and EVERYONE loved it.
It’s so easy to make and requires just 3 ingredients – peanut butter, butter and confectioners sugar. You can add vanilla, if you like or use maple extract to make “Maple Peanut Butter Fudge” instead.
That’s what I did…cause you know I love my maple!
These No Bake Peppermint White Chocolate Cheesecakes from Cooking Classy are exactly that…classy! And they’re perfect for serving at a “grown-up” Christmas party!
P.S. I don’t think you can beat serving them in these adorable little dessert shot glasses, like she did, either!
Who doesn’t love a York Peppermint Patty? I know I do and so does my family. But, these homemade Peppermint Patties from The Gunny Sack look just as good!

These Orange Oatmeal Spice Cookies are a family favorite around here and honestly, they are one that is almost always included in our treat boxes.

My husband LOVES those chocolate cherries that you buy in the box at Christmas time. But for the last few years, it seems the cherries have gotten smaller and smaller.
