April brought us flooding and road closures here in Vermont…

The hawk family returned to the trees in our backyard! I so hope they have their babies here again this year.

Plus, we added this 20 Minute Sweet and Spicy Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein to our homemade Chinese food menu.
But, May…well, May is going to be incredibly busy.
We’ve got birthdays, Mother’s Day, prom, graduation and our 18th wedding anniversary all wrapped up in the month of May. And in reality, they all happen within a 10 day period of the month…eek!
Exciting, yes. Stressful, yes. Worth it? Of course.
