Easy Garlic Green Beans: Ready in 15 Minutes!

Advertiser Disclosure and Policies

Instead of serving your family the traditional green bean casserole this Christmas, add a little spice to your holiday green beans. These garlic green beans are so delicious, even your children will beg for more!

My family always puts on quite a show for holiday meals and vegetables play a huge part in that. We usually have at least 4 different veggies on the table no matter what holiday we’re celebrating.

Sadly, we won’t be going home to celebrate Christmas with the family this year. Because Christmas falls on a Sunday and the husband has to work Monday, there is no way we can make the 5 hour trip back home for the day.Garlic Green Beans

So, I’ll be making Christmas dinner for my little family of 4 this year and I’m altering the menu a little bit to better fit our needs.

Instead of having 4 different veggies this year, we’ll be scaling back to just a couple and Garlic Green Beans are definitely in the running. The whole family loves them, even the girls!

Personally, I’m not a fan of the usual Green Bean Casserole that most people serve for the holidays. Garlic Green Beans are a great alternative to the casserole and they taste so delicious that it seems like the perfect holiday dish.

You could even add a little red pepper flake to make them more festive looking. Plus, they are so simple to make that you’ll want to add them to your regular dinner menu plan, too!
