Happy New Year and Welcome to 2022!

I’m so excited to be introducing our very first new writer here at Food Life Design today!

Hiring another writer has been on my mind for awhile…a long while, honestly.

With the shop so incredibly busy these days, I don’t have as much time as I’d like to post and share with you.

And as much as I’d love to just sit and write everyday, there’s just not enough time in the day.

Instead, having an additional writer come on board seemed like the best solution.

So, in the spirit of all things “new”…new year, new you, new budget, new recipes…

Please welcome Kayden Hamlin to the crew!

In addition to being my awesome first born, Kayden is an amazingly accomplished young woman.

And I don’t say that entirely with the pride of a mother…

Kayden graduated from high school and early college in 2019 with a certification in Early Childhood Education.

She completed her Bachelors degree on 2021 (in just 2 years!), in Childhood Education with a concentration in mindfulness and socioemotional learning.

In addition to being a full-time preschool teacher, she is currently a graduate student, studying for a Masters of Education in Instruction Design.

Kayden will be sharing personal finance tips for young adults, product reviews and of course, activities for your kiddos.

Head on over and check out her very first article – New Year, New Budget: 3 Small Goals to Save Money in 2022!
