Need a quick and easy side dish to go with your BBQ Chicken tonight? Try these Parmesan Garlic Baked Potatoes – they’re quick and easy to prepare and they only require 4 ingredients!
My family loves these Parmesan Garlic Baked Potatoes and I thought I’d share the recipe with you, too.
They are really so easy to make, which is great on a busy night.
It probably takes about 5 minutes to prepare the potatoes and the sauce. Then, baking time, of course.
But, they make an awesome side dish for chicken, steak or even hamburgers and hot dogs. Anything really.
So, let’s get to it, shall we?
Parmesan Garlic Baked Potatoes
- 6 to 8 small to medium potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and scrub potatoes.
Slice potatoes in half. Arrange on a baking sheet with the sliced side up.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Combine butter, Parmesan cheese and garlic in a small bowl.
Spread the Parmesan garlic mixture over the top of each potato.
Return your potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot with Homemade BBQ Chicken.
