This past weekend I made a couple trays worth of these Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and honestly I am counting down the day until I can make them again. They came out over the top tasty!
They are really easy too. It takes a tiny bit of prep and you are good to go. You can also get these little lovelies ready to fry a day or two in advance as long as you have proper space in your refrigerator.
Years ago we had an egg roll party. Yes, a party of egg rolls. Wouldn’t you want an invite? It was THE party! The options I had were Philly cheesesteak, buffalo chicken, rueben and a fried oreo eggrolls. Truly, the options to stuff these little wraps are endless. You can make them a starter, your main course or even a dessert. Or…all!
