I love Root Beer Floats! And lucky for me, a local ice cream shop makes them perfectly.
But, they also make a Root Beer Float Milkshake that is to die for.
I’ve tried to reproduce the recipe and I just can’t seem to make it the same way.
I’m sure it’s the soft serve ice cream they use that makes the difference.
Or maybe it’s the root beer from the soda fountain versus the bottled variety I have at home.
Either way, while I have not been able to perfect their recipe…I have come up with my own copy-cat version that is super yummy, simple to make and requires just 3 ingredients!
This Root Beer Float Milkshake recipe is just perfect to make on a hot summer day!
Or make them for an easy dessert at your next party or get-together!
Enjoy!
