Save Money On Easter Dinner with These Super Easy Recipes
If you’re anything like me, you’re disgusted with the rising cost of groceries.
And you’re probably trying to save as much money, on food, as you can, right?
Maybe you’re doing okay.
Until the holiday’s come around…and then, it’s like splat goes the grocery budget, right?
The cost of buying enough food for a full holiday meal, like Easter dinner, can get to be pretty expensive, if you’re not careful.
You can cut the cost by asking other family members to bring side dishes and desserts, but when the ham itself costs $30.00 or more, it’s still a big hit to the budget.
So, what do you do to save money on Easter dinner?
You switch it up…just a little bit!
Who says you have to have a fancy, spiral ham?
Buy a cheaper ham cut and make it more tasty by adding a delicious glaze, like one of these…
So, now that you’ve saved about 50% on your ham, what else can you do to save money on Easter dinner?
Cut down on the number of side dishes served!
If your family is anything like mine, you’ve got your meat and about 5,000 different side dishes for every holiday meal. So, get rid of about 1/2 of those sides and make just a few favorites or stick to summer salads if the weather is warm.
