Sloppy Joe Goulash

Like this Sloppy Joe Goulash recipe, but want to add more to it? Here’s some super yummy ideas…

Make it healthier – Add in a cup or so of your favorite vegetables. Fresh, frozen or canned all work well – just throw them into the pot when you add the crushed tomatoes.

Spice it up – Mix hot Italian sausage, chorizo or even chopped up pepperoni to the ground beef when browning. Or use a spicy barbecue sauce instead of your classic honey or brown sugar.

Make it vegetarian – Leave the meat out and add 2 cups of your favorite vegetables instead. You could also use a plant based meat substitute, too!
