Spicy Brown Sugar Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs and mayo in a large bowl and mix it all together.
Form a “meatloaf” shape with the meat mixture and place it in a foil lined, 8 inch x 8 inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over the meatloaf.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.

- Remove meatloaf from the oven and cover with sauce. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with your favorite mashed potatoes or homemade macaroni and cheese.
