It’s that time of year, my friends – spring has begun and today I’m sharing some of my favorite spring cleaning tips and tricks!
After enjoying the rising temperatures this past week, I figured it’s time to get the spring cleaning started.
That way, we’ll have lots of time to spend outdoors when the snow finally melts off!
Side Note: I’m so anxious to get in the garden, but it’s still to cold, so instead I started some seeds indoors this week!! AND I’m trying out some winter sowing with broccoli and Brussels sprouts. I’ve never done this before, so I’ll let you know how it goes!
But, after a long, cold winter of burning the wood stove, the house tends to collect a great deal of dust.
And, try as I might to keep it clean throughout the winter, it never really goes away until the stove is off for summer.
So, obviously, it’s important to give the house a good cleaning in the spring!
And since I’m hoping and praying that this taste of warm weather doesn’t give way to more snow…I’m spending the next week or so getting my spring cleaning out of the way.
I’m sure you’re getting ready for spring, too! So, below, I’m sharing my favorite spring cleaning tips and tricks.
It’s always nice to get some new ideas for cleaning! Especially when they save you time and money.
At the bottom of the page, I’m sharing a free printable spring cleaning checklist that I made for you, too. It’s perfect for keeping track of each thing you need to do in every room of the house!
