Of all the Thanksgiving pies out there, which one is your favorite?
Me? I’m a pumpkin pie girl…unless there’s cheesecake. Then, I’m definitely a cheesecake girl…
But, then, that’s not really pie, is it? So, we’re back to pumpkin. Yes, I’m a pumpkin pie girl…
I could eat the whole stinking pie by myself if it weren’t for all the turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.
It’s funny, too, because, if given the chance, my grandfather will surely eat pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And sometimes he even does…just because he can.
So, maybe I’ll get to eat pie for breakfast when I grow up! Not that I ever have. But maybe someday, I will.
But for today, I’m sharing some really yummy Thanksgiving pies with you that we’ll all eat for dessert…not breakfast. Right?!
From your standard pumpkin, to your old-fashioned coconut, this post is filled with all the pie recipes you need to make your Thanksgiving dessert absolutely “pie”tastic!
So, let’s have a look, shall we?!

7 Thanksgiving Pies Your Family Wants You to Make
Our favorite pie here at our house. In fact, I’ll be making this pie twice in the next couple of weeks because my daughter requests it for her birthday every year, too. It’s really THAT good!
Cranberry Meyer Lemon Pie from Coley Cooks
What would Thanksgiving be without the cranberries? And what could pair better with the tartness of cranberry than Meyer lemon?! Plus, this pie is just downright gorgeous and would look so beautiful hanging out on the dessert table!
Like apple pie in the Northeast, the south wouldn’t be the same without their Pecan pie! And this recipe features toffee and chantilly cream, too! OMG!
While I absolutely detest all things coconut, I had to add this one in honor of my Pop. He LOVES coconut pie and lucky for him, he gets to have one all to himself every year for Thanksgiving.
Like the pecan pie, the south is famous for their Sweet Potato Pies, too. And this one here claims to be the most flavorful in the south!
Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Of course, I wouldn’t leave out the pumpkin pie! It would be a Thanksgiving catastrophe as far as I’m concerned! My recipe is so delicious and it only requires simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Oh and don’t forget your homemade pumpkin puree, it really does make the pie!
And if all else fails, make a whole bunch of miniatures Thanksgiving pies like Sweet Chatter did! Aren’t they so adorable?!
I almost want to make them anyway, just because they look so cute!
That’s all for today, my friends. I hope you’ve enjoyed checking out all these yummy Thanksgiving Pies!
