Need some ideas for your Valentine’s Day Menu? Here’s what we’re having…
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Have you decided what’s on your Valentine’s Day Menu, yet? Anything fancy?
I actually forgot it was Valentine’s Day this morning. After I realized it, I quickly whipped up some pancake mix, dyed with red food coloring and made the girls some heart shaped pancakes for breakfast. They loved it! I’m glad I remembered the date early enough to do that for them.
With breakfast a win, I decided to make everyone’s favorite Spaghetti & Spicy Meat Sauce for dinner, along with a garden salad and Parmesan Garlic Bread. For dessert, I’m going to make Apple Cranberry Cobbler. It’s a quick and easy meal that is also festive enough to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Plus, since everyone in my family loves this dinner, it’s another win for me today.

Garden Salad
In our house our garden salads are pretty much based on whatever lettuce and fresh vegetables we have on hand. So, feel free to switch up your greens and use any kind you have at home.
Tonight’s Valentine’s Day Menu includes a garden salad consisting of iceberg lettuce (my husband’s favorite), English cucumbers, tomatoes, dried cranberries and shredded Vermont {Extra Sharp} White Cheddar.
